Great location and well-equipped apartment. Good wi-fi and tv watching options. Good proximity to supermarket for supplies

Could do with an info sheet on how the hob worked and the bed pillows could do with replacing.

This apartment had everything we needed and more, beds were very comfortable, beautiful view of the sea. Supermarket behind it, restaurant downstairs and many more within walking distance. Nothing was too much trouble for Olga and Christina who were great hosts. Would highly recommend.

The apartment and the location were very good. The pool area was excellent. We were able to check in at 12:00 on the day we arrived.

There was no one at reception ever. This means that if say you lost your keys there was no help. When you texted the phone number of the property it sent an automatic reply saying it worked only Monday to Friday 9 to 5, and, outside of that, could only be contacted in emergencies. When we were leaving, we had to check out at 10:00. I have never before had to check out so early. The cleaner arrived at 9:55. Also, our bus to the airport was at 16:30, yet there was no place to put our cases until that time. The property has a luggage room. However, I communicated with Emma on WhatsApp, and that luggage room was not available to us. Emma suggested we asked the next people coming into our apartment after us if they would mind our cases for the day, something we found unacceptable. We had no choice but to bring the cases around with us for the day. If there was someone at reception, this would not have been an issue.

Loved the quirkiness of the decor. Apartment was very well equipped and clean. Aircon was very good. The view was outstanding. Amazing. Excellent communication with the owner who was there to meet us and show us around. Location was excellent in an exclusive area just a short stroll from the main restaurant area of Costa Adeje and La Coleta.

The only thing was the Wi-Fi which was patchy at best and didn’t work in the bedroom

Sea view 4th floor apartment. Clean, well equipped. Quiet. Comfy bed. Good value. Handy supermarket.

Sara was very welcoming and helpful. We managed to check in a bit early which was good. Location and view excellent. Nice pool area and great access to the beach. Apartment was comfortable. Kitchen modern and well equipped.

Only small issues! Shame that the awning was fixed in place so could not fold all the way back. Decor not to everyone’s taste but not a problem for us. Bedside lights could have been a bit better as we are readers. We had a rental car and although there is a big car park it is not exclusive to the Altimira and gets absolutely rammed! We had to leave the car on yellow line quite a lot but didn’t seem to be any wardens so got away with it! 😂

Aida, the host, was extremely helpful in that she allowed us to leave baggage prior to check in time. Communication was good with regular emails confirming access etc. It was a shame we could only stay for three nights but would definitely visit again.
