Great location, directly at the beach. A little bit off the super touristy part.

Location is excellent. Apartment very well equipped, very comfortable. Balcony view super.

Perfect apartment in a wonderful location. Great comms with Simone for a stress free check in and departure. The apartment was extremely clean and finished to a high standard. It had everything we needed and more! It also has great atmospheric lighting (once you get the hang of the remotes!) We had the best time and the sunsets are incredible! Thank you ☺️

Nothing not to like , it was fab.

The apartment has all the necessities for the beach holiday. Sun beach umbrella and sand toys for small kids were available. The kitchen has almost everything that is required to make your own food.

Catherine at Capital properties was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us a lot of advice about the area and happily booking a taxi for us on our departure. We were very grateful to have had her support. The apartment was brilliant. It had everything to hand that you required - hairdryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, mop, dustpan, brush, and a new washing machine. There was plenty of crockery, lots of pans and a variety of utensils, including a cork screw for the wine bottles! There were bathroom towels and beach towels available for our use. The super king size bed was made up, ready for us, on arrival and it was very comfortable. The views from the apartment balcony were amazing. We had views of both the sea and the 2 pools. On the balcony, we had a table and 4 comfortable chairs, plus 2 full sunbeds. The sun came around in the afternoon, so it was great to sit outside, in the sun, with a glass of wine and some tapas. The temperatures whilst we were visiting were between 36 and 40 so we really appreciated the efficient air conditioning in the lounge. We were so pleased that we booked this friendly place and will definitely return there.

We loved everything!

- very close to Playa El Duque(a top 3 beaches in Tenerife) and Playa El Beril ( a beach with black sand) - has a restaurant Costa Caleta, with good food, we ate multiple times.

you cannot find parking in the middle of the day, only in the evening, after people left the beaches; we didn't need many times parking in the middle of the day, but still, it was stressful; we usually came in the evening after beach and other activities, so overall for us it was fine.

Clean, many towels, everything that you need for your stay, quality appliances,… excellent!
