Bootham House Apartment-Close to The Minster

It was very comfortable and situated in an ideal location right in the heart of York.

The ensuite shower was not properly sealed off. This resulted in water escaping onto the surrounding area.

Fantastic location, great parking, a wonderful apartment that had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.

We couldn’t actually stay in the Bootham House apartment because of a water leak, but the agents were brilliant in finding us an alternative property at short notice and at a time when York would have been very busy as it was the Ebor Festival weekend. They were able to provide more than one option and the property that we chose at Bluebridge was great. It was well-appointed, close to the city centre and convenient for the racecourse. As we were in York for the races, it was a great location.

The only small wish would have been to have bins in the bathrooms. Otherwise the furnishings and facilities were all good. Perfect for our group of four.

This apartment was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The managing agents were very easy to deal with. Best of all the location of the apartment could not have been more perfect - only a stones throw from the city walls and a mini Sainsburys - perfect for all our nibbles and wine - and Netflix - what more could we want!

Nothing - we loved everything!

lovely stylish apartment, decent size for 4 adults to enjoy, full size fridge/freezer, hob, cooker and dishwasher. plenty of glasses, cutlery etc. Great location, 5 min walk to the shambles, can just see the monster poking out from the main window. sainsburys local just across the road, parking close by and about a 10 - 15min walk from the train station.
