This is a wonderful property located right outside the city walls with a site of the Minster from the living room windows. Could not have been better! Special recognition for the property management team Welcome Lets York which is close to the property and came to my rescue when there were some email issues. They were very gracious and accommodating, which was very appreciated.

No hanging space in second bedroom Basic hooks on back of door would help!

Brilliant location, very clean and spacious had modern facilities

Fear of using the lift, one of our party was suffering with her knee so took the lift she pressed the button and lift would not open - a neighbour said don’t use the lift as it was not reliable a very worrying situation that upset the lady concerned.

the shower control in the en-suite was lose so hard to get the correct temp the fridge was very loud at night

Clean tidy spacious accommodation. Beautiful furnished and decorated. Home from home.

Felt main room was a little cluttered. Would have preferred 2 x 2 seat sofas & room rearranged. Little details spoilt otherwise perfect accommodation. Reported faulty shower control in en-suite bedroom. Also extractor fan not working in same bathroom. No floor towel for same en-suite. 2nd bedroom needs either more hanging space or coat rack similar to other bedroom.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment, well within walking distance to the centre. We found the accommodation quite peaceful and quiet, which was appreciated after long days and evenings of walking about.

I feel that basic bathroom amenities would have been nice, especially considering the price. There was no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner that one would expect from these types of stays.
