Excellent location, 5min walk from city centre. Apartment was spotless with extra bonus of having a small outside space to use. Really good shower and comfy bed. Also had a nice little welcome pack so we could have a cuppa and biscuit on arrival.

It was a nice, spacious and clean property. The hosts were lovely and answered questions we had. All info was included in a welcome package that was sent by email and was printed in the property.

Incredible location, central for historic buildings and shopping, about 10 minute walk into town. Quiet, impeccably clean and everything you needed for your stay from cutlery, kettle, iron, hairdryer, washing up liquid and more, even welcoming pack with tea, coffee and milk for a cuppa as arrive. Added bonus towels provided and bedding, bed was sooo comfortable. Tv had Netflix and Sky to watch and enough comfortable dining and seating places to relax in. Customer service was five star plus, constant messages before arrival to ensure had everything needed, courtesy call day before arrival, welcome pack and instructions with everything you need to use within property, as well as out and about in the area. Added I could book in earlier as notified ready earlier for me, so was very happy with this. I will definitely be booking through StaysYork again, and cannot recommend enough, stay with confidence, great for solo tripper or couple.

Nothing negative to say, it is highly recommended and just fantastic stay!

Great position and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was generous in size with 4 steps down to the en-suite.

A dripping tap in that bathroom was very annoying.
