Loved the location - quiet but walkable to city center. Excellent quality furnishings and equipment. Great communication from property and overall fabulous stay. Nice size bed for taller folks given the smallish bedroom. Great to have a walk in shower rather than a tub.

Floor space is a little tight in the bedroom so we used some of the living room area to open/stage suitcases. It would have been nice to have lighting near the vanity mirror/above the sink, rather than only overhead.

The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, spacious, and well located for walking into town. A wonderful bonus was being able to use the small outdoor patio. The stay was a delight, and we were very comfortable. But sadly, 'no', the bottle of sparking wine, shown in the promotional picture, is not included, but salt and pepper, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and 2 basic spices are, which can't be taken for granted in serviced apartments.

We loved everything about the property, location and facilities. It was a very relaxing place. I have reduced mobility and found it to be really comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we needed to access. It was clean and lovely decor. I loved the wee garden too and was able to sit out a few times and listen to the trees & birdsong.

The only thing I wish the apartment had was a clothes airer. I don't like to dry certain items of clothing in the tumble dryer.

Very spacious, well-appointed and clean, in a lovely quiet street a short walk from York centre. Everything was like new and in perfect working order.

The only niggle was that the bedroom was small relative to the size of the apartment, to the point that it was difficult to get round to the other side of the bed!

The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. The location was perfect for us exploring york. The apartment had all the things you could require for a stay. All mod con appliances in the property. We even spotted a fox and some hedgehogs in the garden of an evening.

Great location, comfy bed, clean, comfortable, spacious, reasonably quiet since it's beside the university.

Low level noise coming from the vwnts during the night. Not a problem for me but my husband was sensitive to the noise.

It was such a cosy place. Enjoyed reading on the armchair before exploring the city. It had everything we needed for our stay, very close to city centre and in a quiet neighbourhood. For me it's always about the overall vibe and feeling and this place felt like I want to live there.

Maybe a bottle of oil for cooking would be great in the flat 😊
