The Tv had no aerial so resulted in catch up tv only also the bedroom across from the bathroom the heater did not work but apart from this it was a lovely place to stop

Very easy to collect the keys, all as per instructions provided by the owner. Directions were provided too which was useful. Easy access from the railway station and we found a short cut!

It might have been useful to have a dish cloth to use especially if you didn't have enough washing up to go in the dish washer but this is minor but worth mentioning.

The property was perfectly located from the station and all the sightseeing areas were easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The bedrooms were so comfortable and uniquely decorated. The property looked exactly like the photos and we’d like to visit again in the future.

The decorations such as the artificial plants needed to be cleaned, they’re unfortunately very dusty which caused my allergies to play up throughout my stay and sadly there was a smelly damp mop that was in the bathroom.

Great location for visiting York, it is on a busy road but no traffic noise in bedroom. Lots of little extras in the kitchen if you forgot you teabags which was great! Good modern style with everything I needed for the 4 nights

Bad Smell in the bathroom guessing it was a drain issue! Not live tv and the router is in the downstairs property, we had a signal issue hitch meant I had to contact the company and the downstairs flat had to be accessed to reboot the Wi-Fi. Tv in bedroom not working but wasn’t a major issue. Under the bed was dusty and there was a black sock which did not belong to us!!!
