Park Crescent apartment

A lovely apartment within walking distance of all the attractions in York. Felt safe walking the passages at night. Great having a parking space. Very quirky attic bedroom, my daughter loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely upper level flat that's clean, warm and nicely presented with an off street parking space and priced reasonably. 10 mins walk (at most) to town. The flat is smallish and two levels with an attic bedroom upstairs (with bath and toilet) and lower level open plan kitchen living space with further master bedroom and shower room. For clarity It is the self-contained 1st floor and attic of a Victorian terrace. It met our needs perfectly as two couples. Points to consider are that there are steep stairs into the main flat, and an even steeper stair to the attic bedroom. All fine for our party. The attic space room is comfy and pleasant, but head room is limited. I'm 5' 7" so was fine, but tall guests will struggle in the attic bedroom as it is tight. By no means a complaint, as the flat definitely makes the best use of the space available, but it needs consideration if you have tall peeps in your group. Lower level is great for meals together or hanging out and there are pubs and breakfast amenities within 5 mins walk. Enjoyed our stay 😊

Exceptionally clean and equipped.

Access to the top bedroom is by using specially designed stairs for use when space is limited. Using them is not for the faint hearted!

The owner is very friendly. Very good communication, and she let me know when the apartment was ready so we could go early. The apartment was lovely and clean, and welcoming. Lovely attic bedroom with roll top bath, toilet and sink. Nice and warm. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN

Very steep steps to attic bedroom, would not be good for anyone who had a few drinks, children or people with mobility issues.

Me and my friends had a fantastic comfortable stay. we will be looking for next year same time.
