"Impressive flat in all aspects . Very enjoyable stay and highly recommendable!"

Quiet location and relatively close to accessing Foss riverbank footpath towards the City. The flat was comfortable and fully equipped, and the balcony feature enhanced the main room giving more light, and view of surrounding greenery.

Nothing worthy of comment!

"Warm, quiet flat near a river"

Not noisy despite being close to a road. Always warm and a good shower.

Keylock fiddly for glasses wearers, no spare key for my wife to use.

Had everything you needed. A home from home.

On arrival there was no heating or hot water. The boiler had no water pressure. This is an on going theme as there was instructions to sort it by messing with the boiler. Not good as I’m not gas registered and potentially dangerous. The following day whilst out enjoying York we got a message saying the flat was leaking into the flat below. Was this because of the boiler ? Would we have heating when we returned? Not great at all when trying to enjoy our weekend away.

"Perfect for us."

Ideal position for walking into the city whilst being very quiet. Parking was essential to us.

Only a minor gripe. Both of us found the sofa uncomfortable unlike the bed which was really comfortable.

"Our stay"

The key was easy to locate and the code for the key lock was sent to us before. When entering the flat was clean and warm. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk into the city with ease. We would be happy to.stay again and will likely use again when we return to York in the future. I would recommend Goss flat to anybody.

I didn't have a pen to write in the guest book. I hope this review makes up for it.
