Casa acogedora, cocina completa y cama bastante cómoda.

La conexión WiFi funciona, pero la velocidad es bastante limitada, por lo que puede quedarse corta para videollamadas o trabajar online.

Great location, nice area and an easy 15 minute walk from the old city walls and city centre. Quiet location as well, and the apartment has all the essentials. Also great that it has parking, very convenient. Price quality was very good.

We were there during a period of unusually hot days, and the apartment was definitely not prepared for this. No A/C obviously, but also no fans, so we had to just keep the windows open all night for it to cool down. Also some things look pretty dated in the place, could use a bit of a spruce up.

It's not far from the city centre, and it's tucked just out the way, so good privacy and we got an uber from our location to city centre which was actually free there and back !! Great. Also asked for a later check out and the owner was kind enough to sort for us.

Bed was very comfortable and rooms were a good size, whilst out of the centre was not too bad to walk from once knew way

Outside space could have been cleaned alot better - too many cobwebs indicated had not been cleaned in a very long time (had to clean to use it), Kitchen cupboards needed wiping out as well as some of the items provided - needed to wash everything first time used, would have been helpful to have teatowel out (found one to use). Toilet needed cleaning around base, it was not clear where recycling went as place is down passage - could be added to details (very limited) and not just is to the right of stairs.

The flat was warm and cosy, in fact much warmer than expected which was a real bonus. The flat was also well stocked with all the equipement we needed. York city centre was within walking distance too.

Like home from home, such a lovely homely feel and great location.

Lovely comfortable flat. Home from home. Second time we've stayed and will stay again. Kitchen has all the facilities you need. Bath and shower is a plus and of course having a parking space is a big plus.

Just a couple of issues one having no hot water which was easily rectified by the clear instructions left to rectify the pressure on the new boiler. A smaller issue was no batteries in the remote for the TV also easily dealt with.

Clean compact flat with everything we needed for our short stay. Very clean. Reasonably easy to find. Within walking distance of the town centre.

It was a very comfortable flat. The parking space was brilliant.

There was no hot water and it was disappointing that there was no one local to the flat who could advise or help. The owner was very helpful. There were area of the flat that were not clean - skirting boards in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere on the balcony.
