The location was great. I loved how quiet it was, it felt very restful

I was excited to use the bath and the fire, but the bath was broken and material isn’t provided for the fire in the summer. I really appreciated that they sent someone to fix the bath. It would be good to amend the welcome documents to explain about the fire as that’s not what those imply.

Close to the centre of town. Close to restaurants and pubs

Carpet needs a good clean to remove stains and dog smell

The property was in an excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. The kitchen facilities were good.

The bedroom was very narrow so it was difficult to get past the bed from one side to the other. A big issue for us, being of an age, was the lack of hand rails in the bath, which was quite deep so a bit perilous getting in and out. We also had issues with the hot water in the basin initially. There were numerous spices in the kitchen but no salt. A carton of proper milk would have been appreciated on arrival.

The location was ideal. Near to everything, yet tucked away, and very quiet. Very clean, with everything you need for your stay.

Would have been nice to have a wardrobe rather than a hanging rail. There is room. More could be done to the the outside space at the rear of the property.

This is a self-catering property. We let ourselves in with keys from a lockbox, the code sent to us beforehand. It is called an apartment, though the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. It was very clean and tidy, and there was a goody bag (appreciated!) on the table. It was so central, and walking anywhere was very easy.

The little back yard needed a bit of TLC, to enable sitting outside, but it was still ok.
