Location was good. Good-sized apartment with excellent facilities.

Instructions were not clear to use the left-hand panel to gain access initially. Hosts didn't call us (as promised) if access was possible earlier than 4pm. Hosts didn't know the combinations of all the locks to gain access to the property from the side gates. Instructions for rubbish disposal were inadequate.

Location is perfect for the city and Christmas market. Great for what we needed.

Location and parking were great and very useful. Clean room. Warm. Tea and coffee welcome pack was nice.

There was a slight mix up with keys from previous customer but this was quickly fixed when phoning the office. Tap was leaking in kitchenette which drove us mad at night. That is my only real complaint, but an easy fix for owners. Lots of doors with key pads. The security is very good and appreciated but some of the doors we only had a code to go through one way so would have to walk around such as to the car park.

The location with added parking makes this a fabulous place to stay. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with all the facilities needed.

The apartment was a little on the small size for 2 adults and a teenager, would be best suited for a smaller child.

Amazing location, surprisingly very quiet

It was like an escape room trying to work out the codes and locks to get the keys and get to the room and the carpark was a bit difficult
