Well equipped property, staff very helpful.

Main entrance keypad very temperamental , most residents we saw struggled to work outside keypad

The apartment was well equipped and clean. There was plenty of room in the apartment for 2. The shower was great, plenty of hot water and powerful. There were plenty of towels for us. The location was perfect for our stay in York and was in walking distance of the city center. The included parking was also a bonus.

It was a bit of a faff to get the keys and to find the parking spot. It almost felt like an escape room with the different codes, places to scan key fobs and buttons to find. The sofa and bed were uncomfortable. The tower cooling fan could do with a clean. There were no mirrors in the main apartment, just one in the bathroom and the wardrobe....

As described. Very convenience, nearby big supermarket, 10mins to walk to town. Love the board game that available in room. And the tea coffee cookies set that was ready while we arrived is sweet :)

Tried to contact the phone number given but no one picked up. Luckily we managed to find the way to the apartment

Safe personal parking. Secure building. Warm clean modern flat with lovely kitchen and kitchen ware and bathroom facilities. Washing machine, iron and hairdrier if needed. Close to town and supermarkets.Cosy to return and watch tv in the evening. Nice area.Would definitely use cocoa suites again and recommend to family and friends.😊

Couldn't hear fan in bathroom. Got steamy. Oven and miro easy to use. Struggled with the hob but got it in the end. Iron dripping water. Small things that didn't spoil the stay.

Ideal location to wonder at your leisure to the centre

Very clean overall. Only ten minutes walk from all amenities. Relaxing and people very hospitable

It was clean, had lots of facilities and was in the perfect location, very quiet also.

The smell of the corridor which can’t be helped but also really smelt bad.
