Location was excellent, just a few minutes from the centre. Staff were very helpful.

There was no toilet brush. And the gate between the car park and the stairs was very difficult to use.

The parking. Instructions were not very clear

Location was excellent and having secure parking onsite was a definite bonus. The Suit was immaculately clean and the facilities good. The arrival instructions included short cuts into town, which proved to be really useful. There are some great eateries fairly close on Fossgate but there are facilities in the suite if you want to cook. Oh and its got a really good shower, after lots of walking, it's great to come back to a hot shower and somewhere to relax.

The bed! It’s an open coil mattress that has seen better days and needs to be replaced. Other than hanging space there is nowhere to put your clothes.

It was difficult to find the key and it was difficult to get into the car park at first because the instruction was not that clear. The bed is awful, it was not comfortable. We're sinking in the middle.

Great location and clean/comfortable.

Strange smell from the shower drain and shower had no hot water for one entire day - was ice cold.

It was very small but perfect for a weekend stay. It was very clean and in great condition, an easy walk to York town centre.

The parking instructions are not exact or clear enough. Same for the key instructions. More detail needs to be added to make it easier on the day.

Absolutely loved staying in this cosy flat, with lovely river view. Instructions for check in were very easy, and we were given an early check in, as our flight over was a red eye. Great having free car parking. The one very small issue we had was resolved (outside of office hours) instantly. Communication with the host company was excellent. We would stay here again and highly recommended this flat.

Nothing we didn’t like.

My room was spotless very clean and I liked the little touches like welcome biscuits location was great for the shops and town and was nice to look out to the river no complaints from me

I liked everything no complaints but if I did which isn't a bad thing as such was getting the keys from the suite before we could park would be better with a coded lock on the gate

Excellent location. Parking a bonus.

Some drawer space for clothes. Hooks behind doors for coats, dressing gowns or wet towels.
