"Ideal Location"

Great location close to city centre, free on-site parking, spotlessly clean, had everything needed for a comfortable stay, added bonus was a tower fan as we picked a perfect weekend weather wise. Would highly recommend.

"Perfect studio for exploring York"

The studio is in the perfect location for access to everything York has to offer! We cannot rate the property enough, everything you need and the parking space is a massive bonus. We had a fab time, definitely recommend and hope to return soon 😊.

"Weekend break"

Everything ,the location , the parking ,very close to the city ,any problems we had was dealt with straight away the owners was on hand at all times,will definitely stay here again when visiting york .

Couldn't get prime tv&netflix to work , bed a bit soft but that was not a problem didn't ruin our stay,enjoyed it,very happy overall.

A fabulous little studio that is well located for the many attractions that York has to offer. The parking space was a real bonus too. The decor is really welcoming and the little bowl of chocolates was a thoughtful touch. Everything we needed was provided and it was spotlessly clean. We would definitely return.

Made our own breakfast. Location excellent

Although the lady on the phone was very helpful, it would have been nice to be met on arrival - we're a bit old-fashioned like that!

Location was wonderful. All tourist sites in walking distance. Clean and tidy. Very responsive helpful host. Allowed early check in. All facilities worked.

Be aware you have to take food upstairs to eat inside. Loud ticking clock on wall. Had trouble operating washing machine.

"Perfect for a couple visiting York centre and having an afternoon nap!"

Excellent location. 2 minute walk to Monk gate. Dedicated parking space right next to door 5 minutes to minster. Very comfy bed Good telly set up on swivel so can watch on sofa or in bed Warm and adjustable heating Good small kitchen. Everything clean. Private courtyard with a couple of chairs and table . Hosts available if required but not intrusive in any way.

Nothing. All was spot on.
