Excellent location, good onsite parking, very neat, clean and helpful staff. The heating was on, so when we arrived the evening after a long drive, it was lovely and warm. I would definitely return and recommend.

Very well welcoming decoration. The space is sensibly furnished and kitchen has all you can need plus some handy extra bits you wouldn't think off like ketchup and cooking oil. The heating was easy to adjust) in my case turn down) using the instructions in the well resources welcome book. Massive bonus was the handy parking space. We were able to park up with ease and had lots of fun exploring the city by foot.

I couldn't work out how to set the clock to work the oven but imagine this was more user error.
