"Great location & comfortable stay"

Great location with bonus off-street parking (easy to park even with larger car). Excellent instructions from hosts on how to access & get to the property. Comfortable beds. Loved having a washing machine & rack available.

Would have been good to have a few fans. Quite steep stairs - which could be challenging for less mobile. Some more utensils/glassware would have been handy.

The flat was great for location into York. It was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed staying there.

The flat was stuffy initially and the windows in the lounge were not easy to open. I felt that there should have been more crockery for the price of the flat and there were no glasses apart from wine glasses. An extra t- towel and oven gloves would have been useful.

there were a few cleaning issues, light bulbs not working and TV in bedroom needed replacing as this didn’t work

Too many stairs Shower base filled with water when showering. Drain was too small for water volume Laundry area was untidy
