Dunas do Alvor

The apartment was absolutely spotless and the location was great (5-10 min walk to beach and plenty of restaurants/bars around). It slept 2 comfortably but can imagine it would feel a bit crowded if more than 2 people were sharing. The pool was fab and the lifeguards are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Communication with the host could be improved, we found it difficult to get in contact at times when it came to checking in and checking out. However I cannot fault the quality of the apartment and the location, it’s amazing and definitely recommend!

Location was perfect, Dunas complex has everything needed if you didn't want to go out . Especially loved Chill out bar with the lovely ( if a little crazy ) Lionel

I didn't like the unseasonal rain but that's no one's fault

Dunas is a great location and has everything you need.

The WiFi didn't work. The neighbours had a late night party on 2 nights of our stay which meant little to no sleep.

The key collection not good and I couldn’t see why we couldn’t have left the key in apartment when leaving we had to go out of are way to return cleaning and drying clothes could be left out

A lovely apartment at a great price. Well equipped and spacious and everything you need for a self catering break. In a lovely spot in the centre of Alvor and close to everything.

Problems with a water leak into the bedroom, through the ceiling. We were offered another room in a different resort but we wanted to stay in Alvor. We felt that we should have been offered an alternative in the same resort. I must stress that this didn't spoil our trip but my partner had to sleep on a pull out bed in the front room as she was too close to the damp/wet area in the bedroom.
