Stayed in Alvor but had to travel to Portimao to get keys then travelled back to Alvor Using codes got in to building went to the apartment but could not gain entry had to phone the Hotel in Portimao to get code for apartment after phoning 3 times finally got in to apartment Had to phone Hotel in Portimao the next and also messaged them as there was no tea towels which were sent to us 2 days later Noticed Mould on Bathroom ceiling also Bedroom wall Tried to gain entry to Swimming Pool on 3 Occasions but refused because the Owners had not paid went to Torralvor office who got in touch with who ever and got problem resolved
