Very tired accomodation, poorly furnished.Stains on furniture and very little cutlery and glass ware...2 teaspoons only!

There was no keys left for us in the lock box when we arrived late a night and we had to be moved to another apartment for the night. But when we did get into our our apartment it was clean and we were delighted

Great size apartment and very close to town. Pool is excellent and well attended by staff on duty.

We have stayed in other apartments at Dunas and normally have a mid holiday change of towels, bedding, clean etc but had to ask for this to happen. It was remedied next day but thought it would be automatic.

It’s gonna be a long one but just bear with me. I’ve been traveling a lot throughout the years professionally and I gotta say that I had a couple of first timers on this one. First of all, i arrived at the designated address from booking, just to find out that the check in was actually a 10min drive away to pick up the keys, one might say yeah but they gave you the instructions on where to do the check in and the answer is actually no, they didn’t. Once inside the apartment, I noticed right away that it was blazing hot and that the supposed ac was only installed in the room but it didn’t work properly. All the divisions had stains of humidity in the sealing, the living room couch had stains that I don’t even want to think about the source of origin. The apartment has a nice balcony but it’s unusable because it’s filled with bird poo from a nest right on top of it, you might think, yeah but they cleaned it up before you got there, and the answer is no, once again. Since it was really hot me and my family we like to walk barefoot in the summer inside the apartment, and after only 10min all of our feet were pitch black from the dirt inside the apartment, which made get to the obvious conclusion that it was never cleaned before our arrival. And finally the cherry on top of the cake, I was doing dishes and suddenly I hear my wife screaming from the bathroom, I promptly get to her to see what’s going on and it was when I was surprised by a fellow visitor, a cockroach!!! Oh wait there’s one more, you are gonna love this one, when we got to the apartment we check the shower towels and we had 4, since it was me my wife my mother and my baby girl it all matched, but one of them was dirty, with black stains, so I just called the reception and asked politely if they could change the dirty towel so we can have one shower towel per person. The answer?

Air Conditioning basic and the balcony door wouldn't lock.

Love the apartment and its location.

Please fix lock on rear patio doors as they are accessible from adjacent property
