Breakfast was not included so need to either shop prior to your stay. Electric hop cooker and microwave included also kettle and toaster but bring tea, coffee milk etc especially if you are arriving on a later flight.

I have had in the past a small welcome package especially for late arrivals. Be prepared if you are arriving late. Lovely place to stay but there were some noisy clients (other residents) working on DIY so there was some noise drilling banging late at night.

Lovely spacious apartment. We were fortunate enough to have a sea view in the distance. Great location. Walkable to beach and town. Good size rooms. Was able to park hire care in car park outside of property. Might be difficult later in the season. Good size pool although, we did not use. Washing machine and a clothes airer in property. Small balcony with table and chairs. Friendly staff at key collection which was easy to find in Praia de Rocha.

Coffee and dining table were sticky when we arrived. We just gave them a wipe. Tables and sofa and dresser in bedroom could do with replacing as paint worn. Still perfectly useable. Balcony had bird poo near air conditioning unit which needed a clean. Probably fallen from birds nest above.

Very convenient for the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was lovely and well maintained. The apartment was spacious, clean and bright.

Poor info about entrance on the first day and the key code to the building didn’t work. Had to seek help from nearby, unconnected Reception. Quite a few things were broken and there were no instructions for tv, etc. no information brochure. The towels were thin, rough and threadbare.

Tried to contact on numerous occasions could not get out on balcony as door was broken arrived 1 hour before our departure to fix it
