very bland,like a. advert for IKEA.co. couldn't use the safe,not enough wardrobe space due to vacuum in box,no comfortable chairs on balcony, we have stayed inn many in Santa maria apnd this is not good for what you charge..

The Internet did not always work. Kept switching itself off. Beds were pushed together as a 'king' size, with king size bedding. Would have preferred 2 singles.

Location. Hotel not the room

Where do I start... The room is dated and grubby with broken tiles at table with a screw put through it as a fix... tiles all lifted as u enter the bedroom space.Yhry have been like that for months ( just read other reviews) broken light dodgy table ect Good washing machine in bathroom. Mold in shower no where to put anything, shelfs. No toilet roll. Sooo Hot if a room ever needed aircon or awning at least its this one. The sun is on the room from the early morning all day. We went in Nov so God help anyone there in August? The bathroom has no window or ventilation so that gets very hot as well. Then there's trying to get in the room it's a joke.i messaged days before for a passcode for the keysafe. Got told someone would meet me there then got told a passcode ( that was wrong) then got a message when we were at airport to message when we arrived for keycode. Then had no Internet and they would only message via WhatsApp so I called and she still wouldn't tell me the code. It turned the arrival to a relaxing break very stressful. Never again

Nice and clean. Lovely shower.

Couldn’t use the safe as it was locked. Contacted owner who said would look for a way to fix problem ! But then never got back to us ! Very very disappointed as we have been robbed before in Tenerife and had to buy body belts to carry passports money and cards around with us ! Not happy !!

Far too hot couldn’t sleep & had broken tiles which was worrying for my son especially but even ourselves
