Studio in San Eugenio

The place was clean, well equipped, generally in a good condition (some wear & tear was visible but nothing serious, e.g. broken tile in the table area). The location is very good and not far from the beach, shops & restaurants nearby, good value for money. If you do not mind a bit of walking it is walking distance (20 min walk) to Costa Adeje central bus station which is a great starting point for bus trips around the island. The place is comfortable for 1-2 persons (but I can hardly imagine how more people could stay there incl. the fact that there were only 2 chairs on the balcony).

A few easy things would make the place way more comfy - there was no sponge for washing up the dishes, no stock of toilette tissue apart from half a roll for the first day so you are expected to buy your own. The bathroom is generally big enough and comfortable incl. the shower, however some shelf and towel hooks would be helpful. There is no microwawe and no internet - it can be purchased (EUR 30 / week!) but the communication with the provider was complicated as he did not reply my call back to him after I missed his call and then he was contacting me on whatsup while I was waiting for the wifi so I obviously did not read his message for days... Apart from that there were also a few bigger things that could improve - the place is a bit noisy for 2 reasons - you hear your neighbours having shower and flushing the toilet and the corridor is also rather noisy as the entrance door is by far not soundproof (the owner shall consider replacement for better soundproof door) - though this issue will certainly be common for hotel like accomodation and not specific just to this place. Also it is advisable to chase the owner for check in information well in advance as he did not send it to me before my arrival and I had to call and chase him when I arrived - do not try to ask the hotel reception for help as they do not provide any services to the private appartments (though the gentleman I approached was nice to me).

Location was great. Bar staff and animation team,was fantastic.

Reception staff was very rude. Cooker in room wouldn't go on,when I texted they were not a bit helpful. One day we left for about 6hrs and came back to no electricity,all food in our fridge had to be thrown out. Definitely won't return to this very run down apartment.
