Dirty , dated, no safety equipment ie fire blanket nor fire extinguisher,no fire safety information evacuation procedure,fire alarm didn’t look like it was operational.None of the portable electrical appliances had labels indicated they had been tested and probably not.There were cobweb’s hanging from all the light fittings certainly was not clean. The outside areas were very Shabby and weeds growing everywhere. There were some real plants but the majority were cheap plastic plants. Overall a totally disappointing experience we paid top rate for the Accomadation and it was more like 2 star. I could go on for ever about this. I will be looking at receiving a refund in full or certainly in part for a disappointing stay. I look forward to your reply and comments.

Really enjoyed our stay here, it’s a really lovely apartment with everything you need, and the views are absolutely stunning. Good location a few minutes drive from Rothesay

The location, view, decor, and welcome instructions were first class. The hot tub was a lovely bonus for us. It was lovely to relax at night and enjoy the scenery. Two of our friends have booked after seeing out photos and hearing our recommendations. We will definitely be back.

The only thing we didn't like about Seaview Cottage was packing up and leaving.

Beautiful cottage with the most amazing view. Comfy armchairs at the window to relax and take in the view. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The standout feature for us was the hot tub on the outdoor deck overlooking the sea it was fabulous! Good communication from host would definitely recommend and return. Dog friendly.

Would have liked a shower in the bathroom but the bath has a hand held hose and is manageable for a couple of days.

The location of this house is superb - views of the sea from the bedroom and from the hot tub cannot be beat!

I hadn't clocked that there isn't a shower in the house. The bathtub is equipped with jets and lights though so the kids enjoyed a fancy bath after the hot tub. =)
