Very comfortable apartment. Good location, close to Syracuse Noto and other points of interest Peaceful and quite.

No direct access to the beach.

Extremely nice and private location. Just 2 units, each with their own large terrace with comfortable furniture. On top of that a shared rooftop that is just like the photo’s. Very short walk to shallow beach. Close to many sights like Noto and Syracusa. Very responsive host. Very quiet. Just the ocean

Nothing - it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at and extremely good value for money

Great apartment with stellar views. We went for morning swims at the almost private beach (50m walking) and then went back for breakfast at the apartment. We launched at the rooftop terrace, enjoyed our view and the quiet surrounding.

The location is stellar but there isn't really anything else but the beach. You need to take the car to the supermarket (15min) for bread in the morning which doesn't really work for us. Same for eating out. However, that is all fine if you have a car. The owner does need to work on the cleanliness of the house. The general areas were clean but there was broken glass everywhere at the rooftop terrace and dirty dishes in the drawers. I figure this is due to the fact that the apartment doesn't come with basic stuff like dishwashing soap, hand soap, etc. It can be easily fixed and checked.

Great location, very comfortable and cozy villa with an amazing view.

The view was simply beautiful. The house is located high up on a little bay with a path across the street to go down to the beach, which was kept very clean. The concessions were closed, so there were very few people around. Paradise!

Location was A++++ Couldn't be better. Nice beach with sand. Beautiful views. Clean house and beautiful garden. Automatic gate. Everyday rubbish collection.

Tips for the host: - Only 3 towels (small, middle and big) pp for 9 days. - My husband almost fell trough the chair because it was loose and weak. (He is a normal build person) - very small kitchen with no working space - only 2 mugs for tea and other kitchen equipment was poor - very small table with 2 chairs for the terras

The view is stunning. Daniele was very helpful and easy to communicate with us. Very clean and easy to reach to the beach.

The location and proximity to the beach was priceless apart from facilities and comfort.

I would have preferred a double bed and 2 single for the kids but we managed.
