Le propriétaire des lieux est sympathique. Il prend les devants en nous contactant quelques heures avant notre arrivée pour la remise des clés et la visite des lieux. L’endroit est propre, confortable et équipé. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour

Well situated and close to groceries

The host and his son were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived late one night and left at 9 the next morning. They helped us settle in when we arrived. The heater in the bedroom was the only one that has worked properly in any of the facilities when we stayed on this trip. They will serve you a lovely breakfast for 30 Dh each. I was also able to do a much needed load of laundry, although it smelled a bit smokey the next day from being in the vicinity of the outlet for the wood stove. Totally worth the price! Great communication on What’s App. Super easy stay!

Communication in person is a challenge if you don’t speak French or Arabic. I was able to use Google translate, but it definitely limited our interactions. The other issue is that it isn’t close to much of anything within a short walking distance. I’d recommend coming with a car.

Welcoming host. Lots of space.

Be aware that the use of the AirConditioning / heater costs extra (which we did not know in advance) and is very loud. We had to shut it off at night and it got cold quickly.

Very large apartment just above the host and his family residence. Has plenty of room and an attached balcony. Host is very friendly and helpful. It was not very far from the center of town.

The apartment was quite cold except the one bedroom that had a heat pump which made that room warm. But, I did not find any other source of heat. In fairness I don't speak Arabic and little French, so my ability to communicate with the owner was very limited. The kitchen is poorly stocked. The house is located in a good neighborhood, but was nearly impossible for me to find every time I left it. Google was not able to find it at all. Wayz was able to find it by its advertised name.
