We had a wonderful stay and truly felt welcomed from start to finish. The hosts clearly care a lot about their guests and it shows in every detail. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. What stood out most was the warmth and hospitality of this business. Communication was excellent, and they genuinely made us feel valued throughout our stay. It’s refreshing to stay somewhere where the hosts are so attentive and passionate about creating a great experience. We’re very grateful for the lovely stay and would happily return again in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay!

Stay wasn't long enough

Nice and comfortable little apartment that was suitable for our needs.

Bathroom is very small with small washbasin and opens up into the kitchen. But it was fine for a short stay.

Great location and excellent facilities. Staff were genuinely phenomenal, I regularly use Booking.com (probably 6-10 times a year) and their communication was excellent. If I am going to Barry again, I will definitely consider using this again.

The bed was ever so slightly uncomfortable on one side but that is it.

The rooms were just as pictured on the website. Location was great for access to the main attractions in the nearby vicinity.

There were renovations taking place in the apartment block - this involved maneouvering around ladders, buckets and tools.

The property had everything you would need for self catering, kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils ect. Hosts were very helpful

They had builders in the stairs going up to the apartments, turning up we had to walk through dust and ruble. Got woke up early by the plasterers music on the first day, I did speak to hosts who contacted the builder and got it turned off. Second day got woke by drilling and banging. The apartment should not of been let out like that. Wasn't impressed with the £25 non refundable damage waver that is sent you you as soon as you pay. With that and late check out it cost me best part of £200 for two nights. The bed was so uncomfortable I'm in agony. Got woke up both days but builders. Offered £30 good will gesture which next came! Also the bathroom was very mouldy down the back of the toilet, around the window, the shower mat was disgusting as was the bath plug.

Dog Friendly £17.50 per night per dog. You do get a parking permit for the busy road outside you just need to try and get a space I was concerned about leaving my car on the side of the road but I did find a building with a camera so parked in front of there. Large Well equipped kitchen. Washing up liquid / shower gel etc Cheap but nasty

The sofa was deeply stained possibly bodily fluid's which turned into a sofa bed - there is some dinning room chairs which you could Clean to sit on. The carpets were extremely dirty - wouldn’t advise to taking your shoes off The shower area was grotty, cracked tiles and paint peeling off the ceiling the actual shower was okay. The walls were grotty The apartment smelt terrible The neighbours were loud The bedding was ripped again smelt terrible. I thought the choice of a one of payment of £25.00 non refundable fee or pay £195 to which they keep For 7 days incase of breakages were extremely cheeky considering the state of the property and unless you took hundreds of pictures I am unsure how you would prove you were not the ones that had damaged the property - you will get this message after you’ve booked. The flat was on top of an office , with takeaways and and shops on the street - so definitely no pretty views prehaps work on the cleaning first. A basic spot cleaner of TikTok or Argos is so cheap !!! A deep clean of the carpet and sofa would make such a big difference. Buying stuff from ikea and Argos and advertising it’s as a stylish apartment is very misleading it will not polish a turd. We was advised the Hallway- had some work going on - which we understood however the stairs were covered in plastic , live wires on show , nails sticking out of the door frames and extensions leads exposed which was bit concerning. Traveled several hours so we got our own blankets to lay on for the night and left the following day and cut our stay short. Logged a complaint but no accountability or apology. I completely understand for the price we would get basic accommodation however it was more like emergency / temporary accommodation at a push. I guess everyone has different standards but I put my health first. Several clocks but not one worked Tried to resolve this issue - we are not ones to complain however cutting our break short was very disappointing.
