Good location for Barry high street, station and island not too far a walk. Parking was great. Represented good value for money for what we paid

Some of the bits are quite worn (torn Lino in lounge) bed was sagging in places. We had an issue with the fridge and had to have a new one installed but lost all our fresh food. Had to ask for chairs to sit around the table, WiFi was poor and we had our security deposit taken twice and the second time with no warning or authority

The property was in a good location, 5 minute drive from the beach , and located on a busy high street . We had no problems finding parking. The property was very small but fine for two people. It was clean enough and had all the facilities we required. We have a dog and this property accommodated that well .

The property was quite small and directly under permanent tenants, who were extremely loud all throughout the day but particularly at early hours of the morning such as 5-8am it was impossible to sleep though and would wake us constantly. It actually sounded like a heard of elephants above us stomping for hours on end. We could hear absolutely everything from them watching tv ,talking and then putting the washing machine on at 6am this shook the whole bedroom and went on for hours . Obviously we understand that we would hear some noise from other tenants but this was absolutely ridiculous !

Very dirty, house cleaning not done to standard Dirty mugs on arrival Dirty socks left near the bed Put out suitcase on top of the wardrobe to move the out the way and found it to be very dusty onto of a packet of condoms and an advent calendar. (Our stay was February) no been cleaned over two months. None of the lamp in the bedroom worked The shower head would not stay up, had to be held and would go very warm and super cold. Very large noticeable stains on the sofa. I am not one to write bad reviews but been trying to get hold of management but for 10 day not I am behind ignored
