Lots of useful tools and amenities provided, although didn't have use for most of them except the fridge. Extremely spacious and clean. Free parking is a great bonus as well. Overall very satisfied with the comfort and accessibility to other areas via driving (5 mins to Hyotan Onsen was great)

"As suggested by the name, if you look for a simple stay at Beppu that is value for money, highly recommended if you can"

Overall is quite okay given the price and the amenities provided in the unit. Free parking is provided.

But it is not as clean as we thought and compare to other stays we lodged during our trip in Kyushu. Some Furniture and amenities are slightly worn despite that did not affect our overall stay.

Nice spacious apartment, good facilities, great value for money.

It was overall very clean, but some small things were a little dirty, like the table cloth. Toilet door lock has a problem and a few times one of us got locked in the toilet - easy to fix the issue from the outside so OK if others are in the apartment, but not good if alone or only with young kids.

It was an old apartment but very clean and comfortable for families. Good amenities were provided.

It would be a bit difficult to get around if you don't have a car. But if you do it's perfect. The location is very quiet and peaceful
