The only negative point was the breakfast, there was no milk, no bread, no jam, only coffee, yogurt and ham.

Air conditioning problems, not working, and stiff bedroom door

Wow, nicely managed and clean centrally-located apartment. We stayed 3 nights in the apartment called "Chamomile" located on the upper floor. This was our best lodging stay in our 12 day Portugal visit. AC and very good AC in bedroom also. Our balcony faced the quiet rear parking area. The kitchenette refrigerator was packed with breakfast goodies including juice, milk, chocolate milk, bread, cheese, ham lunch meat, fresh bananas, apples, peaches, yogurt, and maybe more. Used "BOLT" taxi app to get here and in other different Portugal cities. Better pricing than Uber and quick response times. Regular city taxis in Lisbon and Porto are often scammers especially between the airport and the central cities. A big THANK YOU to our hosts if they see this review.

The flat offers a lot of space, the location is very central and the lady who greeted us was very friendly. The underground car park for our car was also right outside the door. Everything was great!

The apartment is great, very spatious, clean, and provided with all necessaries for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the small balcony, perfect for the morning coffee (apartment Camomile). It is central and very easy to reach from the bus station and close to all the main touristic objectives of the city center. A small supermarket is next door. Thank you also for the late check out! I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is great, very spacious, comfortable well located, a new high quality renovation in a magnificent old building. We had booked 2 stays, one before and after spending 3 days in the Douro. When we called half a hour before to our arrival back from the Douro, Diego replied to say the apartment was not available and he had booked us into a hotel instead.

While the replacement hotel was very nice, it caused us expense and inconvenience. We had brought wine, food and washing back from the Douro so we specifically wanted an apartment. It would have nice to get a call a few hours before with options instead of just being told we had to go to a hotel. When we found out it was too late.

Spacious, spotlessly clean apartment in a great location. Good kitchen amenities if you want to self cater. Parking was very close, 200 yards from the front door, in an underground public park, staffed 24 hours so fairly secure.

Parking 10 euros a day so adds up after a while.
