Never gained access to the property so nothing to submit here.

Made last-minute booking at 18:20 for same day accommodation. Received no response from host, unable to contact host via email, unable to contact host via phone. Received frantic emails and calls from host at 23:30. Unfortunately at this time I had already booked alternative accommodation. Host insisted that I check in at 23:30 or forfeit the amount paid. Host proceeded to report me as a no-show. It was, frankly, extremely unpleasant to receive repeated pressing/threatening calls from the host at that time of night.

Everything was perfect.

Bathroom door did not close

Everything, specially the apartment setup and being right in the center of Braga. The acoustics are amazing. Very quiet ambience. Overall, amazing.

Missing some more towel hangers and the WiFi connectivity isn't that good on the superior floor.

Quite good location in the center of the city

Unfortunately, the toilet door in the apartment does not close, which is a significant inconvenience and privacy concern for all of us staying there. This issue has negatively impacted our comfort and experience.

A two-balcony, two story apartment, with the upstairs light-filled kitchen/livingroom very pleasant. We got a clean during our 9 day stay and were very impressed by the friendly and detailed cleaning.

Downstairs is very cramped, particularily the bathroom. Shower door is very noisy and wakes people up.
