Terro Collection - Alcaide

Great location and nice ‘clean’ interior. Lovely balcony and well equipped kitchen. In general very nice place.

We chose this place because it says that the property has a parking spot. Prior to our arrival we received a message that parking is 7 min away and 15eur per night. Well this is misleading information about the property. We have found parking in our street ( which is a good luck , since the street is really tiny) and we paid 0,80 ( per hour) and is free during the night. Another thing is no handrail at the hallway. Stairs (approx 30 with no turn!! ) are very steep and I can only imagine how dangerous it can be for small children or elderly people.

100% Ikea; kitchen had inadequate supplies; wet towels in washer when we arrived

It is comfortable, accessible to places, near.

To put on and turn of the hot plate=cooker, it was a bit difficult and the key holder by the door need to be tighten it is gettin loose.

The localization is perfect and you can park easily. we had a problem in the bathroom which has been resolved quickly.

The facilities in the kitchen are not enough, and the bed upstairs could be better.
