Skyrock Dahab

Bel endroit, calme, avec une terrasse en rooftop et une belle vue sur les montagnes. Les chambres sont propres, fonctionnelles et avec le nécessaire. Le staff est très accueillant et au petit soin et les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse face a la mer sont un vrai plus !

Everything about this place is great, the owners, and especially the staff (Manga and Hamza) were absolutely lovely, thank you so much for everything. We were made to feel safe, taken care of, and at home as women traveling alone. They took care of us and left us with memories we will never forget.

The view and quirkiness of this place is amazing. Staff is so nice and helpful. I actually got gifts when I was leaving. So lovely and really great place to stay. Also nice location in the quieter area but still short walk from all the vibe and centre.

I loved the location (--an old house right on the beach and just a short few minutes' walk to the centre of townI!!!-- ) and the characterfully-adapted hotel. It was such a wonderful relief and welcome respite from other soul-less chains or unnecessarily (and often ugly!) modernised vintage buildings transformed into hotels. I found Skyrock Dahab to be charming, quaint, relaxing, comfortable, and 'human-scaled' ! ;-) I especially loved the family who owned the hotel, and the lovely staff who helped manage things. Everyone was so friendly and thoughtful. The owner took pains to provide vegetarian breakfasts for me. And on the day I left (early in the morning), she packed me a bagged breakfast- an extra step and so very thoughtful. x And, of course, straight in front of the building was the Red Sea!! <3 <3 <3 The weather was quite chilly and very windy for much of the time I was there, so I didn't get to enjoy the beach or water activities available, as hoped. But it was still marvelous and magical to be right there on the edge of that beautiful and iconic body of water. <3 <3 <3 I really enjoyed my time in Dahab: bundling up for beach walks; wandering around the laid-back town to pop in and out of markets, shops, cafes, restaurants, and a great coffee shop (Kakao- with fab coffee, amazing smoothies, great toasts and plates, and marvelous, well-curated music!! xx); admiring the herds of self-assured native goats (who wandered around as freely as town citizens and, like them, gathered in side streets to enjoy the shade and a bite to eat! ;-); and making a trip to the Saint Catherine Monastery (for which the hotel arranged my transport there and back, as well as to and from the airport!). I can't wait to go back (when it's warmer) --and stay longer!! xx

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is perfect, right on the beach from with some great snorkelling. Bikes and snorkelling gear was for free at the property. The staff were the highlight, they were so friendly and did a great job organising our day trips.

House keeping was an additional charge, but they gave us fresh towels when we asked.

Nous avons avons eu un superbe séjour en séjournant au Skyrock dahab. La vue de la chambre était juste top et prendre le petit déjeuner face a la mer incroyable. Le personnel était aux petits soins et c’était vraiment agréable de se sentir comme en famille. Le centre ville était seulement à 15 minutes à pied. Merci à toute l’équipe ! Hâte de revenir !
