Skyrock Dahab

Only one word can describe my stay at Skyrock Dahab: PERFECT 👌 The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach, with everything you need just steps away. The staff truly made the difference. Tarek and Hamza at reception were incredibly kind and helpful even before I arrived, and even more so once I was there. Ahmed was also amazing—always ready to help with anything I needed. The management deserves a special mention: Monique was honestly the highlight of my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast? Absolutely on point—healthy, balanced, and delicious. Fresh, full of protein and fiber… and the mango juice? Unreal. As for the activities, I booked the Mount Moses ascent through them, and they treated me like family. Monique even lent me warm clothes for the trek since I wasn’t fully equipped. The team prepared a takeaway breakfast (and coffee!) for me since the trek ran from 10 PM to 11 AM, and they stayed with me until my bus arrived. That level of care is rare. Overall, an incredible experience. I will 100% come back to Dahab—and specifically to stay at Skyrock again.

The only thing I regret is not staying longer—I truly felt at home.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Skyrock! Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Es liegt im sehr ruhigen Teil von Dahab. Man kann kostenfrei Fahrräder, ein Kajak sowie Schnorchelausrüstung ausleihen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Skyrock in Dahab and can highly recommend it! We stayed for a week and felt comfortable from the very first moment. We would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive staff – you can immediately tell that everything is done with great care and heart. Every request was taken seriously, and they always made a real effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was clean, a good size, and had a small terrace with a sea view. A real highlight was the breakfast: it was freshly served every morning, and we enjoyed it on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The perfect way to start the day! The location is quiet, yet close enough to reach everything on foot. They even provided us with snorkeling equipment, which was a great extra. We would definitely come back anytime and can fully recommend this hotel!

This was such a great little arty hotel, a short walk from the busy centre and directly across from the beach offering lovely snorkelling. The staff and service were incredible, nothing too much trouble and organising all our transfers/excursions. The breakfast each morning was delicious and different. The restaurants nearby were our favourite with a lovely coffee and cake beach cafe stopover on the way into Dahab village. Would highly recommend this Hotel, a perfect spot for our visit to Dahab.

Truly nothing, a great value Hotel.

We stayed at Skyrock for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The two hosts were very kind, always there to help and make us feel comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable and cute.

Einfach wow! Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt vollumfänglich und wären gerne länger geblieben! Ein wunderschönes Hotel, perfekte Lage am Meer und unglaublich liebe Leute, die einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben! Das Frühstück enorm abwechslungsreich und liebevoll hergerichtet. Auch Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt - so habe ich zum Beispiel jeden Morgen einen Teller gedämpftes Gemüse zusätzlich erhalten. Auch Dahab selber ist wunderschön, so relaxt und viele gemütliche Leute, sowohl Touristen wie auch Einheimische - sogar die Hunde sind relaxt, da muss man gar keine Angst haben! Das Hotel hat uns einen Ausflug organisiert (wir waren vorher skeptisch bei Ausflügen und hatten Bedenken, dass überall nochmals verhandelt und Trinkgeld gegeben werden muss). Es war aber alles wie versprochen und noch überaus besser! Wir haben auf dem Rückweg vom Ausflug ein Handy im Taxi vergessen. Es wurde alles unternommen, dass wir es bald wieder hatten. Ein grosses DANKESCHÖN an alle, die dort arbeiten! Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen. Es gibt noch viel zu entdecken!

Die Leihfahrräder waren sogar kostenlos - da gibt es eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Sie könnten aber mal geölt und ein wenig überholt werden ;-)
