Oasis Paradise

Nos encantó la ubicación, el apartamento súper limpio, vecinos silenciosos, piscina muy limpia, además de que en la ducha había gel, champú, etc, y en la cocina un poco de aceite, vinagre, sal... la verdad todo cuidado al detalle, entorno súper agradable, estás súper cerca caminando del puerto y calas preciosas a pocos minutos en coche, una maravilla.

Solo podemos decir que no nos gustó la cama y las almohadas, demasiado planas y el colchón se nos clavaba en la espalda, hemos dormido un poquito mal... por el resto, el apartamento un 10.

La situación respecto a la playa, el aparcamiento incluido, la piscina y el jardín. Vecinos muy tranquilos. Hay horno y menaje en buen estado.

Limpieza regular. Cortinas de ducha sucias. Había menos de medio rollo de papel higienico. Lavabo atascado. Armario pequeño. Muebles un poco gastados y viejunos.

Sinceramente, uno de las mejores alojamientos en Dénia, es la tercera vez que venimos a Dénia con mi pareja y no encontrábamos un alojamiento que nos convenciera del todo, sin embargo este nos ha encantado. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y volveríamos sin duda más veces. La dueña muy amable y muy atenta.

Un lugar fabuloso, muy acogedor, impoluto y con todos los extras dichos en el propio anuncio. Nada más llegue me atendió una chica encantadora y sobretodo muy puntual. Me explicó con detalle todo el apartamento y me recomendó sitios que ver y los mejores restaurantes de la zona. Yo y mi pareja estamos encantados con el trato, volveríamos sin ninguna duda!! Maravilloso

I actually didn't stay there as the owner didn't help me to get to her place. It was raining very hard and I had asked her to ask the friend who was supposed to meet me in front of the property to give me the keys if he could help me with my luggage: I had a suitcase on each side plus a bag on top of one. She ignored my request saying he was already on his way!!! I started to walk under the cold rain falling on my head (there was nowhere to shelter and I got lost!!!) I had a panick attack and couldn't move anymore. A nice gentleman walking by offered me to pull one of my suitcases and brougt me to a grand hotel nearby: Port Dénia. They had space so I decided to stay there. I was finally so relieved and felt in security. I had a phone contact with the owner of the place later on but she didn't speak much English and I had then to speak to her teenage daughter which was a bit awkward. Needless to say she refused to refund me anything while it was stated in her policy the first night would be kept but the rest of the stay should be refunded. I experienced a lot of anxiety searching for the place, had a panic attack and was almost crying but that woman had no empathy, didn't send her friend to meet me and help me with my luggage. I was left by myself under the rain, unbelievable.

Nothing of course as I didn't stay there!
