A great spot and close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and we found it very quiet .

Spacious and comfortable and very clean . Plenty of towels . Comfortable beds . They have everything and more . Like glad wrap, foil ,baking paper . Plenty of tea bags , coffee & coffee pods for coffee machine 1 Lt carton milk .

no wine glasses squeeky single beds being treated as a second rate booking because we booked through booking.com and were therefore not worthy of a early check in or late check out.

No relaxing chairs on the balcony. No jugs or serving bowls in kitchen otherwise very well- equipped

This was our second stay at 130 The Waves, both times we visited between Christmas and New Year. The location cannot be beaten! The apartment has a massive balcony with gorgeous sea views and is convenient to absolutely everything. It’s especially well-located for families as its right across from the beach and playground (and conveniently above an ice cream shop), and a short walk to the main street and its cafes, supermarkets and shops. Pro tip: if you head down the stairs to the right of the playground, the beach has some shaded areas and shallow sea pools that are perfect for little ones to splash in. The apartment itself was spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine (they provided enough pods for our stay but if you want to bring your own it takes the Nespresso-sized pods). There’s a washing machine with powder provided, no dryer, but there are drying racks you can put out on the balcony. The beds are super comfortable, with extra blankets provided. There’s a split-system AC for heating or cooling. Even with the busy pub across the road (which has great food and a fun inflatable area for kids), we weren’t bothered by any late-night noise. Communication with the host was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.
