"New and clean AirBnB-like unit in a non-descript apartment building in the middle of town."

The unit appears to be a brand-new, or newly renovated, apartment, with seemingly new furnishings and equipment, and very clean. It's close to a major street with several restaurants and a variety of shops.

The unit is in a non-descript apartment building in the middle of an average neighbourhood, with its own underground parking space two storeys below ground. The weird thing about the arrangement is that one picks up the keys from the reception desk of a small hotel a few streets away (it's unclear whether the unit owners are also the owners of the hotel, or only man the reception desk).
