The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully accessorised and ready for cooking. A grocery shop is very close by.

The surrounding area is under construction at the moment so, a bit noisy and not so pretty.

We liked the size of the apartment. It was sufficient for a family of 5. We also liked that there was underground parking available and that we had a specific spot to use

The shower stall did not contain the water. During each shower there was water that seeped out through the doors. The shower doors go straight to the floor. There was no lip at the bottom to contain the water accumulation so it can drain. So instead any water spills out to the rest of the bathroom. We had to squeegee the water towards the shower drain afterwards. We had gone out to grab some dinner. We drove. When we returned the parking spot in the underground parking garage was taken by another vehicle. I had to use another spot and I was worried I was going to be upsetting someone else. Luckily in the end I did not bother anyone else.

that was really comfortable and cozy apps! separated rooms, new building. no problems with parking. 5 min drive to any sea spot near. very very very kind and patient staff. we will come again for sure!!
