Perfect location, close to amenities such as a lovely pub, shop and leisure centre the use of which is included in the stay. I used all the facilities which the owners are not remotely responsible however they were excellent and enhanced the experience. The apartment is extremely clean with everything you need for a short stay. Despite the locations and number of properties it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. If you compare that to the adjacent Haven site that I have stayed at several times, the peace and quiet is great! The booking in process and communication with the owners was seamless. I would definitely recommend for travellers to Filey.

Brilliant Location, you cannot fault the place its nothing like light water valley, its like being in a nice quiet village very picturesque and quiet, couple of nice pubs very relaxing.

Late check in early check out, if you want to check in before 4pm, i.e. at 2pm which I feel would be a normal reasonable time anywhere the host wants another 25 quid off you, after already paying a 30 quid dog fee bringing my total to £180 for the night seemed a bit greedy to me, also check out is super early to 10am. Other than that was great, I think the host needs to re-adjust check in/out times to something more reasonable, I would not stay again purely on this basis, other than that the place was great no faults.

We really enjoyed how close it was to the beach, and surrounding areas.

The apartment was modern and clean. Very well equipped even down to providing basics, washing liquid, cleaning cloths, dishwasher tabs and all necessary toiletries. Large tv with specialist channels.

We did not that there was a mention of some steps in the advert however didn’t realise it was on the first floor.

The cleanliness was super good and the security of the building i liked as i felt safe! The area it’s in was super cozy and very close to the beach and the shop was also in the area so only a couple minute walk. Bonus point for the random photo booth there too! The building was very nice, the bed was super comfy and the room was cozy.

It’s not that i didn’t like i just had an issue communicating with the owners i called them twice and both numbers i received as i couldn’t figure out the lock code and i was left with no response which is super okay as they could’ve been busy! But i received no follow up text in case something had happened and i needed to contact them. Everything else was superb!!
