The apartment was lovely and clean, nicely furnished and equipped. Very comfortable stay, lovely area and really close to the beach that is easily walkable to Filey town. Would definitely stay again. Communication from the company was perfect so I knew exactly where to go and how to access the property.

Only issue i have were loud bangs nearby that we're upsetting my dog, but this was a minor inconvenience and only relevant if your pet is sensitive to loud bangs.

Clean, smelt clean,.nicely.decorated, well equipped. Didn't eat in the apartment for the 2 nights we were there (just breakfast), so didn't use the kitchen.really.except to plate a take away from the on site pub (nice GF pizza). Nice touches like games, stuff to take to the beach if you wanted (for children) incl 2 beach chairs which i would have used had I not taken my own. The few things I think need to be improved on are the duvet which was very thin with an odd texture like very worn and so were the pillows- they really need changing. I also didn't realise it was an apt for pets (there were some dog items such as water bowl, blanket etc. Personally I wouldn't normally book an apt that allowed dogs as I'm not a dog person and some people allow dogs.on their beds, not a good feeling for a non dog owner. Overall the break was good 👍

Loved the location on site, very clean and cosy.

The bed was a bit firm for me and I prefer cotton bedding.

Nothing everything we needed

Warm and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was really well equipped too. After a tough day out in the cold working, it was a great place to kick back and relax.

Nothing. I only spent the night in the apartment. It was perfect for our needs.
