Good communication when booking. Good email explaining everything we needed to know in advance. Useful guest comments / recommendations online. Apartment was warm and cozy. Very well equipped with everything and more we needed. Very dog friendly. Lovely clean, and well decorated apartment with quality bed linen. Execellent location to a beautiful dog friendly beach, and easy walk into Filey.

4pm check in is late, particularly as check out is 10am, but this seems to be the norm, so can't really complain.

The thing that spoiled it for me was the constant barrage off emails saying that you haven't paid ( check your bank account update my card details) even though I had paid so in the end I cam home a day early because it just spoiled the whole break

Nice well equipped apartment, very clean and ideal for our short stay with our dog. Access to the beach which we used for a leisurely walk into filey.

Perfect location, apartment was modern, spotless and had everything you would need for your stay.

Very well presented. Very clean. Everything that is needed when away from home is there.

Shower pressure could be improved, though NOT a reason not to stay there again.

It was really clean and comfortable

A couple of things, the kitchen tap was very difficult to turn on and we could have done with a mat for the bottom of the bath as it was very slippery
