Apartment 8 at 19 Brooklands

Very clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Very well equipped with little extras which were a nice touch eg: children’s beach nets and fold up picnic chairs etc.

The parking was difficult. Possibly because it’s peak season. We didn’t mind a walk to and from the car at the far end of the road for our daily trips out but it was hard work carrying our luggage to and from the car at the start and end of our stay. The very narrow gap between parked cars either side was a concern incase a passing vehicle ‘clipped’ our car. Also there would be no way a fire service vehicle or maybe even an ambulance being able to get through the gap in an emergency.

Great location in Filey centre. The facilities were all brill too and the place was very clean and tidy.

Near beach, and restaurants. Clean apartment and very spacious, owner is easy to communicate with and responds fast.

Not toddler/ baby friendly had alot of stairs to access property. Tv very temperamental and have to turn it off to change channels (unless I just have no idea how to use and remote lol) I couldn't get the shower to stay at a nice temp it kept jumping to scolding or cool so was difficult to shower little one.
