"Fab little apartment"

Everything about this apartment is fab. It's such a comfy, cozy place to stay. Really close to the front & all amenities including shops, restaurants, bus station & railway station. It's a lovely place to stay

The location of the apartament is excellent for a visit to Filey. Close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. It is nice and spacious and has everything needed for a few days away or a longer stay, even had some foldup chairs and body boards to take to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn't use it for cooking. We didn't hear any other residents in the building and the area was nice and quiet at night. There was space to park on the road when we arrived.

If you are easily woken either by light or seagulls I would suggest taking an eye mask and ear plugs. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well but the light bleeds around the edges of the blinds at sunrise and the morning chorus is quite loud (as it is anywhere on the coast). The shower was also a little temperamental even after following the owners advice it was either too hot or just warm enough. None of this would stop me from booking again.
