Thanks a lot to owner- Vittorio and his family for hospitality! The appartments is very comfortable and nice, very clean! There are a lot of necessary things, so our rest was very good and cozy! I strongly recommended it for all, who wants to feel real Italy, its culture, spirit and hospitality! Bravissimo, Vittorio!! Grazie mille!!

The host Vittorio is easily reachable via Whatsapp and he is very accomodating. Located just 850m or 11mins walk from Genova Piazza Principe Train Station. It is basically walking distance to the fascinating Caruggi, via Garibaldi (UNESCO Rolli site), Funicolare Righi-Zecca or Sant'Anna Portello-Bertani (stazione Portello), Ascensore Castelletto Levante, Ascensore Monumentale XX Settembre etc. Btw, the Funicolares & Ascensore are free of charge. A great experience & must try! There are many reasonably priced and delicious restaurants ie Trattoria Genovese “Ricci”, Ugo, Sá Pesta, Gelateria, Foccacia. All walking distance!

Great accommodation close to Centro Storico, funicular, and port. Spacious, with many amenities, especially the kitchen which is set up for cooking above and beyond most places. Gracious and helpful host as well.

I loved the space and rooms, the way it is set up is very clever. Very cute place! The host was also very accomodating.

It was extremely hot and the wifi worked on and off. When cooking in the kitchen it just got too hot, airconditioner would have helped.
