Spinola Palace Apartment

Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ganz nah ist die Kathedrale von San Lorenzo und die Terrassen und Osterien. Das Appartement ist mit alles ausgestattet. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt in Génova sehr genossen!!!

Le logement était très bien équipé et bien placé. Alex est un hôte au top de A à Z. Avec de bonne recommandation sur la ville et en cas de problème avec des réponses rapides.

Cela ne nous a pas déranger mais pourrait l’être un peu pour certain, l’appartement n’est pas du tout lumineux.

Posizione centrale, ottima per visitare acquario, porto vecchio e altre attrazioni quartiere storico. Intorno ci sono tanti ristoranti, chiaramente turistici, per cui c'è ampia scelta per qualunque tipo di esigenza. Appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi, compresa lavatrice e dotazioni di detersivi, saponi e anche mini scorta di caffè di benvenuto, molto gradito per chi arrivando in aereo deve andare a comprarsi tutto subito.

La zona è chiaramente molto trafficata e scarseggia il parcheggio. C'è parcheggio multipiano convenzionato in zona, ma bisogna fare attenzione nel weekend perché molto affollato e può risultare completo. Il quartiere è tipicamente zona storica in area portuale, per cui strade strette e con poca aria. Da valutare in base alle esigenze, non adatto nel caso si stia cercando un quartiere "elegante".

The location is amazing and Alex was very helpful throughout all. The apartment itself is very modern and has lovely features. The location for us was the best and everything was walkable which was great for us. The kitchen is great with plenty of utensils!

The bathroom was quite hard to get into the shower, my dad is quite elderly so had to help him in and out. The bedroom was comfy but sofa bed wasn’t the best but was okay for a few nights. At night the area was a bit worrying but we made sure we were back at a reasonable time, this is no fault of the apartment and you feel safe when in the block as it locks at night

We had minor problems first to find a place but after some instructions we found apartmet and keys. Location was good if you want to see old town, aquarium and harbour area.

Gate is closed after 8 p.m. and at least for use the code that we got didn't work. But there was always some helpful people who lived in the same building and le us in. Also it was quite expensive park a car in car park near the apartment (30 eur/day).

Great location just in the old port. There is the air condition, otherwise it be hard to stay during summer. Window is situated to the very small courtyard - impossible to ventilate. It is worth the prize. Well-equipped.

Impossible to park, only at a paid parking lot near the harbor, which was quite expensive. You have to carry all your belongings with you, as it's not possible to park in front of the apartment.

The location was perfect. Very close to the harbour and points of interest in the old town. Bustling street with lots of shops, restaurants etc. Host gave detailed instructions and was on hand via Whatsapp to answer questions and his friend popped by to ensure everything was ok. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was comfortable.

The wifi signal wasn't great and we were unable to connect the TV to use streaming services. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak and the enclosure was a little hard to get in and out of.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, featuring two televisions with various channel and movie subscriptions. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city, just a short six-minute walk from the aquarium. Our host demonstrated utmost courtesy and provided valuable assistance, recommending attractions and ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. Notably, he proactively reached out on the second day to inquire if we required anything additional to enhance our vacation experience.

The only good thing about this house is that it is close to the aquarium. Be careful when u booking. The hygiene is very bad. Some of the bedding is dirty, wet and smelly. We asked the landlord to replace the stained pillows for us. He said he didn't have ten pillows and told us that they were all new and clean. Finally, he added some new sheets and bath towels. Two of us didn't have pillows and slept for 4 nights under our own clothes. It was unbelievable. It's a pity that the lowest rating on booking is one star, which should actually be zero stars. The landlord said that we didn't respect his house and said that we broke his windows, he extorted 70 euros from us, but we actually used it normally. We took away the garbage when we left. He should want us to clean all the hygiene for free and directly welcome the next guest. So please remember, when you book this house, please bring all your own bedding and do a good job of cleaning his room for free.I have never written such a long review on booking, because I was so angry!
