The apartment in a residential building. Close to the train station and Genoa Aquarium within walking distance. The neighborhood looks quite dangerous, international, as the hostess put it. The hostess was kind, offered us an early check-in and sent us detailed instructions about the city, the neighborhood and possible places to eat. Check-in and check-out with a key box, extremely easy, convenient and fast. The apartment is huge with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and entrance hall with sofa and TV. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials, appliances and a large refrigerator.

The apartment is not very well maintained, neglected. One shower cabin is about to collapse, the glass is taped, extremely dangerous if it falls and breaks, and it makes it difficult to enter. There are no air conditioners and it is extremely hot.

It is close to the historic center. The host is attentive at all times. The bedding and towels were clean.

It is on a street where people of different ethnicities live, African, Chinese, Indian, although nothing happened to us, the area does not feel safe, it is a third party without an elevator and the floor is very dirty, if you open the windows you can only see garbage in large quantities, it is all very unpleasant.

Not the best are! Extremely old apartment with furniture from the trash probably. The photos from booking are not from this location.

Don't be fooled by the location, inconvenient to find and get to, completely insane and dangerous individuals. This was not an apartment and I don't know what to call it. Terrible stairs, as soon as we opened the door, unbearable dirt and terrible smell of garbage and sewage. Everything is ancient and clean. It was impossible to spend the night, not even to sit down. We couldn't stop for 2 minutes, we would drown. It was very difficult for the owner to understand this, he didn't even meet us. It was deep in the safe. They ignored our request to charge us 180€ per night as a scam, because the site charged you the full amount in advance. Safeforth of the site did not contact us either despite our calls and writings. It is dangerous to spend the night in this apartment. Be aware, this statement on the website is fraudulent.

Everything was horrible, the place had a very bad smell, we felt very uncomfortable staying there. The location was horrible, we didn't feel safe there. I opened one of the apartment's windows and the view was a bunch of trash. I think this places should be removed, from renting to people.
