"A property with low hygiene and dirty furtinutes"

Nothing - we didn`t want to sleep in such a place, even for one night!

The apartment is very dirty and in an inpleasent neighbourhood where you don't feel safe. The pictures in Booking.com does not correspond to the actual state of the apartment - it`s all very DIRTY and with BAD HYGIENE! There were hairs on the bedsheets, the sofa in the living room was full of stains and all furnitures are dirty! We didn't want to sleep in such a terrible place and called Booking.com but the owner didn't want to refund us. I'd say this place was used by prostitutes! The hygiene of the apartment is very bad and it made us sick to lay on the sofa where there were lots of stains. See the pictures for yourself and imagine for what we paid for! I assume that no one cleans after the guests and the owner just makes up the beds. In addition to this the owner said that she can`t afford to clean but after our complain (we were 7 people) she said she would call the cleaning lady.

"A great choice for our first time in Genoa"

Casa Costa was a great place to stay in Genoa! very spacious apartment, clean and comfortable. the location is great and we were able to walk to all the important areas in Genoa including the train station and great selection of restaurants close by. Alessandra was a great host and gave us great recommendations as well as answered questions we had during the stay.
