Muy confortable, y bien equipado. Cerca de la estación de tren. Cerca de lugares para comer y supermercados.

El apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo, bien ubicado pero tener en cuenta el ambiente nocturno de la zona, de noche no es la mejor. Sin embargo dentro del apartamento no hay ruidos. Se puede descansar bien. También tener en cuenta que hay que subir escaleras, no recomiendo para gente mayor o con dificultades fisicas.

Very well located, nearby main streets and main plazas of Genova. The hosts were great, very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. Showed me Genova and helped with my residency documentation. Would choose again 10/10 times.

The building, like the others in Historical Center, was built in the 1500s and unfortunately elevators didn’t exist back then. IMO it’s not really a negative; I’d just recommend to take your time going up the stairs.

Appartamento piccolo ma perfetto. Attrezzato in tutto. Proprietario risponde rapidamente. Posizione ottimale per acquario e porto. Scale faticose ma è inevitabile nel palazzi antichi del porto di Genova. Consigliatissimo.

Scale molto faticose, 70 gradini alti. Non comodo con le valigie. Sconsigliato per persone con difficoltà motorie ma anche bambini.

Gute Lage in einem interessanten sehr altem Haus.

Schwer zu finden. Der Gastgeber sollte erwähnen, das in dieser Strasse die Hausnummern zufällig verteilt sind und Nummer 6 liegt unerwartet weiter oben neben Nummer 28. :-) Einmal flog die Sicherung raus. Sicherungskasten war aber leicht zu finden neben der Tür.

"Great for a few days."

The property was very clean and in a good location. It had everything you could need for a few days stay. I didn’t meet the owner but the instructions were very clear to get the keys and to leave them.

The stairs were too many. Of course it was mentioned in the property description but I just want to emphasize that there were a lot of stairs to get the floor of the unit.

"Lage ok, Rest ekelhaft !"

Lage

In absolut schmutziger Lage , überall in den Gassen auch die der Wohnung Urin Geruch , Müll usw. … das Treppenhaus total runter gekommen , riecht alt und nass, Kinder wären am liebsten direkt ins Hotel gegangen … auch im Apartment selber , alles schmuddelig vor allem im Bad … siehe Fotos !
