Great location. Great owners and setup. Very comfortable.

Sadly, no breakfast, but that seems to be the norm nowadays for a "Bed and Breakfast". The location was excellent, as it put us in a great position for access to public transportation, thus excellent access to various sites. The hosts are warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Less steps. Hah!

We were welcomed by very nice, communicative and helpful hosts. Apartment is very big, clean and equipped. The building location is in very good quiet place with private elevator at the front, leading to funicular. You can reach there either great views at the top or amazing historical center of the Genova at the bottom end. We were very excited by our stay.

A nice little house. It was clean, it was neat. the weather was warm.... We humans had everything, Humans might need (apologies, for this poetic interlude). thanks for the home made cake. coffee on the small balcony with Italien families living around you, was truly an unexpected bonus. plent of additionals (olive oils, salt, pepper, balsamico, spices, all in plenty). Easy to reach: we recommend taking the funiculart, 10min walk from the station. nice bakery near the entrance, small supermarket, and agreat artisanale icecream shop. even a tiny coffee shop.

great location, friendly and accomodating host, very clean appartment, we did not book the breakfast, but the host welcomed us with a cake anyway. Via Marco Polo is a little village within the city, everyone knows everyone else. we staied in other properties in Genoa and this was one of the quieter.

This is an amazing place in Genoa which everyone must stay in. However, before booking, think for a minute of how much luggage you will be carrying. Because you will have to climb 2-3 floors before you can take lift to this amazing house. So those who can manage this should definitely book the house. Gabrielle was very proactive and kept in touch with us till the time we reached. He welcomed us, helped us with luggage and gave a detailed guide on everything in the apartment. It was great gesture from him to welcome and answer all our queries patiently.. The house has all the necessary things to make your stay comfortable. Go for it without any hesitation

Climbing 2-3 floors to reach the lift which takes you to apartment. It becomes very difficult to climb with luggage.. However, this was mentioned so i cannot hold this again Pardiana house

Lovely place in a beautiful building. Very comfortable beds and gorgeous balcony. In a lovely spot too! lovely hosts.
