Casa Silvia

Great location and very comfortable and beautiful flat in a historic building.

Very nice and spacious studio apartment in the heart of the city. Everything is near, lots of monuments (few steps from cathedral), cafés, restaurants etc. Great "palazzo entrance" to the building, everything feels very safe (yeah, Genoa is somewhere bit rough city). Although the french windows is to the narrow "caruggi", apartment was quiet. Equipment is great, the level of cleanliness is almost flawless. Very comfortable and wide bed. I also have to mention very good communication with Silvia. She always responded quickly, I appreciate her friendly approach. I highly recommend the accomodation.

Only caution is needed to overloading of the electrical network, but we had no problems with it.

Silvia met us in person to hand over the keys.Pointed out everything we would need or likely to need.Told us about places to eat etc.This flat is a credit to her and her hard work.Everything we wanted and more.Thank you Silvia

Loved the location, building and the flat. Host Silvia was super nice too ! Very cute space ! 😊

The only issue was the street downstairs as it was very loud from around 7:00 am until 2:00 am (everything could be heard on the 5th floor) but earplugs solved the issue

Clean beautiful apartment with all the necessities, located very close to Acquarium, metro station and the attractions. Very equipped kitchen with a lot of dishes. Silvia was very welcoming and provided all the instructions regarding things in apartment, city map and even recommendations of restaurants🙂

Fantastic location and absolutely lovely little apartment. Has everything you could need and beautiful and tidy. The owner was lovely and very quick to reply to any messages and off assistance! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
